Welcome

Please bare with us as we re-construct the site.

The flag of the united States of America
Welcome To The Town of Haynesville

The Flag of the state of Louisiana

The Town of Haynesville is located approximately 55 miles Northwest of Shreveport Louisiana, 23 miles South of Magnolia, Arkansas, and 10 Miles North of Homer, Louisiana in Claiborne Parish. For those of you not familiar with parishes, they are the equivalence of counties in the other 49 states of the union.

This site is provided as a free service to the Town of Haynesville to share information about the town and to keep those from Hayensville who have moved informed of the goings on locally.

Residents of Haynesville may post information about church events, weddings, deaths and other information other mights be interested in. You may rave or rant about local businesses so that other may use your information. There are also forums for the district subdivisions where you may ask question of your elected representatives. If you post a question in one of these forums and you dfo not get an answer. Phone numbers are provided so that you might call them and get them to participate in the forum. This save times for everyone, since other can benefit from the answered questions and the representative are not answering the same question repeatedly.

News
We have recently upgraded the site for Haynesville and wish to welcome all of you to join in and participate. This site is for you to share your ideas, concerns, joys and sorrows. If there is something that you would like to see added or changed, we welcome your ideas. Some of you may have to register again due to the loss of some data during the upgrade. We have taken steps to prevent this in the future. Unfortunately, some lessons are only learned the hard way.

You will note the site changing periodicall over the next week as it takes on the look of its predecessor.
